• Aktualisierung der Profile neuer Gäste
• Lektüre aller Kommunikationsunterlagen zu Beginn Ihrer Schicht
• Abwicklung aller Bar- und Reisescheckzahlungen der Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts
• Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen, sobald der Reservierungsservice geschlossen ist
• Tägliche Abrechnung über die Opera-Software
• Aktualisierung des Tagesberichts
• Abrechnung der Zahlungsmethoden
• Möglichkeit zur Nachtvertretung

• Welcoming all guests who may come into contact with the reception desk
• Assisting guests with any information regarding the hotel, local attractions and/or services
• Ensuring that at the start of your shift you have all the essential elements (cash drawer, forms) for the smooth running of your shift
• Recording guest comments (negative/positive) and passing them on to the Front Office Manager
• Updating new guest profiles
• Reading all communication materials at the start of your shift
• Handling all guest cash/traveller's cheque transactions during their stay
• Taking and processing reservations once the reservations department is closed
• Daily closure via the Opera software
• Updating the daily report
• Closing payment methods
• Possibility of night shifts

You will be in charge of establishing a commercial strategy for the hotel's various markets and revitalising the individual and group segments. You will also manage the marketing and communication of all the establishment's services. As a representative of the hotel, you will attend all major commercial events related to our business.
